🚫 Returns on Used Items

Due to health and sanitation concerns, we do not accept returns on used grooming tools, including brushes that have been opened or used.

• This policy helps ensure safety and cleanliness for all pets.

• It aligns with policies from other major retailers.

If your item has been opened and used, it is considered a final sale.

🚫Returns on Customized Items

• We cannot take returns on items that have been customized.

• Note that customizing items requires time and due to the equipment and tools involved is not intended to be precise. Laser engraving plastics and Nylons requires some latitude be given.

✅ Returns on Unused Items

If your grooming tool is unopened and unused, you may return it within 10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
